This study presents the use of indocyanine green lymphography to map lymphatic vessels and customize manual lymphatic drainage in patients with lymphedema. This approach makes it possible to optimize the technique, improve treatment efficacy, and reduce the risk of complications. Preliminary results are promising and indicate significant clinical improvement.
